摘    要:高压大功率三电平逆变器在主电路结构、脉宽控制以及安全运行机制方面存在一些新问题需要解决,唯有在多学科(电力电子技术、智能技术)交叉中,对主电路、脉宽控制理论进行完善和创新,才能推动该项技术更好的向前发展。本文结合已有的成果,以设计新型三电平拓扑电路为重点,以提高三电平脉宽调制安全稳定性能为核心,对其中的关键技术问题展开研究,揭示问题产生机理,并提供解决办法,为最大限度提高三电平逆变器输出容量、控制性能以及系统安全稳定性奠定理论与应用基础。

Abstract:The main circuit topology,PWM technology,and the security operation mechanism are the key problems for the research of the high power and voltage three-level neutral point clamp inverter.In order to develop the three-level NPC technology,the main circuit improvement and PWM technology perfection need to be paid attention.At the same time the theoretical innovation through the multi-disciplinary overlapping(such as power electronics,intelligent technology) should be adopted.Combined with existing achievements,this paper carries out research in the aspects of new main circuit topology design,PWM security and stability improvement.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new way to solve these problems.The results lay a theoretical and application basement for improving the inverter capacity,control performance,and system security and stability.
