摘    要:电流型控制半桥逆变器直流分压电容电压存在偏差,电容中点的电压偏移容易导致输出电压和电流波形的畸变,使电路性能恶化,甚至使系统失控.文中分析了电流型控制半桥逆变器分压电容不均压产生的原因,给出电容中点电压偏移的理论值,讨论了电容不均压问题对整个逆变器系统造成的影响.仿真和实验结果证实理论分析的正确性.由于该问题的存在,限制了电流型控制半桥逆变器的实用性.

Abstract:Voltage un-balance of input capacitors in the current-mode control half-bridge inverter, which will easily distort the output voltage and current waveform, often worsens the circuit characteristic and even makes the circuit uncontrollable. The cause of voltage un-balance is analyzed in detail and the theoretical value of un-balanced voltage is deduced in this paper. The theoretical analysis result of the voltage un-balance is verified by the simulation and experimental results. Because of the voltage un-balance, the practicality of the current-mode control half-bridge inverter is restricted.
