16位微机控制交流伺服驱动系统研究

摘    要:伺服系统广泛地应用于机器人,CNC,FMS,C1MS等机电一体化领域,与直流伺服相比交流伺服具有许多突出优点。本文详细讨论了永磁交流伺服系统数学模型及控制原理,并以Intel8086 16位微处理器作控制单元,SPWM控制的GTR作驱动电源,构成一套全数字系统。典型实验表明,系统调速范围宽,响应快,具有良好静、动态性能。

Abstract:Servo systems are widelyused in mechanoelectronic fields such asrobot,CNC.FMS and CIMS. Great attention is paid to AC servo because of its distinctive features. The paper presents a concise mathematical model and a decoupltng control strategy of ACservo drive system.By using Intel 8086 microprocessor as control unit, SPWM controIing GTR inverter as power supply,we build an all digital control system of AC servo driver system. Good performance are showed in typical experiments.
