新型有源升压功率变换器及其在开关磁阻电机中的转矩脉动抑制

摘    要:提出一种绕组退磁电压实时控制,且结构简单的新型有源升压功率变换器。该变换器利用绕组退磁能量和有源功率器件,根据电机工况实时控制绕组退磁电压,实现转速、负载较大变化情况下开关磁阻电机的高效率、低转矩脉动运行。同时,该变换器一相绕组仅需一个IGBT和一个二极管,简化了变换器结构。分析该新型有源升压功率变换器拓扑及在三相开关磁阻电机中的工作机理,研究绕组退磁电压对退磁相负转矩的影响,并对其数学模型进行推导。在此基础上,结合瞬时转矩控制策略,构建了基于该新型有源升压功率变换器的开关磁阻电机驱动系统,通过仿真与实验研究,验证了理论分析的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel active boost power converter with simple structure and real-time control of winding demagnetization voltage.This converter utilizes demagnetization energy and active power device to realize the real-time control of demagnetization voltage according to the motor condition, which further realizes low torque ripple operation of switched reluctance motors (SRMs) with high operation efficiency and large load change.This converter only contains an IGBT and a diode in a phase winding, which simplifies the converter structure.The topology of this novel active boost power converter and its working mechanism in three-phase switched reluctance motor are analyzed.The influence of demagnetization voltage on the negative torque is also analyzed and calculated by their mathematical model.Combing this calculation and instantaneous torque control, the SRM drive system based on this novel converter is constructed.The simulation shows the effectiveness and superiority of theoretical analysis.
