SVPWM方法在磁轴承开关功放中的设计及应用

摘    要:永磁偏置磁轴承需要磁轴承线圈流过双极性电流,因而开关功放多采用全桥结构,而金桥结构的开关功放功率管数量多,导致其功耗大和可靠性低等.本文采用新型三桥臂开关功放主电路拓扑结构,通过DSP和FPGA的数字系统实现了空间矢量PWM(SVPWM)的调制方法.实验结果表明,这种方法相对于全桥结构两电平调制方法具有低纹波电流的优点,可以大大降低磁轴承的涡流损耗,相对于全桥结构三电平的开关功放具有减少了功放管数量和减小了功放体积的优点,可以进一步降低开关损耗,同时功放管数量的减少可增加系统的可靠性.
