高长宽比六角切向锅炉缺角流场试验与数值模拟

摘    要:高长宽比、六角切向布置方式的锅炉与普通的四角切向布置的矩形锅炉不同,在位置结构上存在不对称性。目前,对这种不对称性对锅炉炉内流场的影响仍缺乏系统的研究。该文通过模化试验和数值模拟的方法对其空气动力场进行了分析研究,详细描述了各角燃烧器射流对中心流场和前屏气流速度偏差的影响,揭示了缺角运行方式下该结构锅炉炉内空气动力场的变化规律,并确定了一种最佳的降负荷运行方式。该研究结果为防止炉内结渣,保证锅炉的安全高效运行提供了理论和试验依据。

Abstract:Different from the ordinary quadrangular arranged boiler, hexagonal-arranged burner boiler with a high length-width ratio is unsymmetrical structure. How the said character will influence the aerodynamic field had not been studied systemically. On the basis of model experiments and numerical simulations, a study on aerodynamic field in hexagonal arranged boiler with a high length-width ratio has been carried out. The influence of each burner jet upon the central flow field and the velocity deviation of the front wall flue gas have been investigated in detail, the rule of in-boil aerodynamic field when absent-angle running have been discovered. Through analyzing and comparing the aerodynamic field when partial load running, a best absent-angle running mode have been found, which will provide experimental and theoretical fundamental for prevention of slagging and guarantee of safe efficient running.
