摘    要:基于辐射图像处理和辐射传热逆问题求解,建立一种二维炉膛温度场重建方法。该方法中,图像采集装置(如CCD摄像机)成像单元接收的辐射能由炉膛中各气体和壁面单元发射的辐射能决定。采用Monte Carlo方法计算出CCD摄像机各成像单元所接收的各气体和壁面单元的辐射能的份额,即炉膛温度可从CCD摄像机成像单元接收辐射能中重建温度分布。研究对象为一个由灰色炉膛壁面和灰色气体所组成的二维辐射-吸收系统。在C

Abstract:A reconstruction method of temperature profiles in two dimensional furnaces has been established based on radiation processing and solution of inverse radiative heat transfer problem. In this method, the radiation received by the image formation elements of image processing devices such as CCD camera are dominated by the radiation emitted from every gas and wall element inside the furnace. The values of ratio of the radiation received by the CCD camera to that emitted from every gas and wall element have been derived using Monte Carlo method. Then the temperature profiles can be reconstructed from the energy profiles received by the CCD camera. The system studied is formed by an emitting absorbing gray gas surrounded by gray walls, and the condition to be reconstructed was set up through solving the forward radiative heat transfer problem. After introducing random errors into the CCD's energy profiles, the temperature profiles have been reconstructed in the system, which showed a bright future for the application of this method. But the mass flow inside the furnaces should be taken into account when raising the accuracy of the reconstructed profiles of heat release rate inside the furnaces and heat flux along the furnace walls.
