摘    要:在分析连锁过载跳闸原因的基础上指出了输电断面保护的重要性。当切除过载支路可能引发相关输电断面连锁跳闸时应紧急消除支路过负荷,保证输电断面的安全。为实施输电断面有功安全性保护而选择控制节点时,利用结合重要性权重的主成分分析法评价节点消除断面过载的综合能力并实施排序,以此获得控制节点操作序列。从控制节点和相应控制量的确定上保证正常支路不过载,过载支路潮流不上升,因而不需要计算精确潮流即能快速地给出控制策略。针对CEPRI 36节点系统进行的算例表明,文中提出的调控算法是快速高效的。

Abstract:The significance of protecting transmission section is pointed after the analysis on the cause of cascading overload trip. If the trip of overload branch may cause cascading trip in corresponding section, emergency overload control should be executed to ensure the security of the transmission section. The principal component analysis (PCA) combined importance weight is used to evaluate control nodes' comprehensive capability to alleviate overload on the section, and determine the operation sequence of control nodes. The choice of control node and its quantity ensures that normal branch won't overload and the power flow of overload branch won't arise, so it doesn't need calculate A.C power flow, and can give the control strategy quickly. The rapidity and validity of proposed algorithm is verified by the calculation result of CEPRI 36 test system.
