超细化煤粉燃烧特性的研究

摘    要:超缰化煤粉燃烧是一种新兴的煤粉燃烧方式。它与常规煤粉燃烧方式相比有稳燃效果好,燃烧效率高、低NOX污染以及综合经济性高等优点。本文采用由德国ENTZSCH公司生产的STA409C型热天平,在温升速度均为20℃/min、试验煤样的质量基本相同以及其它试验条件相同的情况下,对合山煤、晋城煤各四种不同粒径煤样进行了燃烧特性分析。试验结果煤粉经过超细化后,其燃烧特性有明显的改善。

Abstract:Micro-pulverized coal (0-20μm) combustion technology is a kind of new technology in pulverized coal combustion technologies. By comparison, micro-pulverized coal combustion technology has many advantages than common pulverized coal combustion technology, such as better combustion stability, higher efficiency, lower NOx pollution, better synthetic efficiency, etc. At the case of simple equal weight of samples, same condition of experiences and same 20℃/min heating rate, this paper apply STA 409C thermobalance made in Germany analyzing respectively samples from Heshan and Jincheng whose average sizes are all different. The experimental results show that the micro-pulverized coal has better combustion characteristics than common pulverized coal.
