摘    要:正确的电网参数是电网安全稳定预警和控制决策的必要基础,研究实用的电网支路参数的估计方法具有重要的现实意义。扩展状态估计法是一种有代表性的参数估计方法,在该算法的实际应用中,发现支路参数不可估计或者估计结果不合理的现象时有发生。该文以IEEE 9系统和中国某实际电网为算例,对扩展状态估计法的性能进行深入研究,找到该方法存在的数值稳定性和局部最优性问题。继而提出一种基于Tabu搜索策略的参数估计方法,经IEEE9标准系统和实际电网算例验证,具有良好的数值稳定性和全局寻优能力,在实际电网得到在线应用。

Abstract:Performance of a power system security early warning and control system depends on accuracy of power grid parameter to a great extent. It is important to develop a practical branch parameter estimation method. From the results of expanded state estimation application, which is a representative parameter estimation method proposed before, it often happened that the parameters could not be estimated or estimated imprecisely. Focusing on IEEE 9 and a real-life area power grid in China, deep research on expanded state estimation method is carried out. As a result, these numerical instability and local optimization problems existing in the method were found here. A novel parameter estimation method based on Tabu search strategy is proposed to overcome these problems existing in the expanded state estimation method. Its good behavior in numerical stability and global optimization is verified by numerical tests on IEEE 9 and the real-life area power grid in China.
