大规模配电网可靠性指标的近似估测算法

运用传统的解析法对大规模配电系统进行可靠性评估需要大量繁琐的数据录入工作和相当长的计算时间。借鉴广泛应用于日本配电系统的以“裕度”概念为基础的配电系统可靠度预测算法,针对国内实际配电网的结构特征引入必要的假设和近似,推导出一套适合于评估大规模配电网可靠性的显式算法公式。应用文中算法,需要的数据录入和维护工作量小,计算速度快,计算精度优于以“裕度”概念为基础的配电系统可靠度预测方法。所提算法考虑了中压配电网联络和转供以及转供容量约束的影响,能适应架空网和电缆网两类不同的网架结构,得出的可靠性评估指标能较好满足工程精度要求。论文详细介绍了算法原理和关键公式的推导, 并通过对比测试和在深圳配电网的实际应用验证了算法的有效性。

Approximate Evaluation Algorithm for Reliability Indices of Cosmically Distribution System

For the application of traditional analytical reliability algorithm to real large-scale distribution system, the outstanding problems are the heavy burden in network information input/maintenance and the time consuming computation. A novel algorithm is developed for the fast and approximate reliability indices evaluation of practical large-scale distribution network in China. The idea comes from the "margin" algorithm which is widely applied in the Japanese distribution network, however new assumption as well as new formulas for indices calculation are developed for the Chinese distribution network structure.The network data demands and computation burden of the proposed method are greatly reduced and the precision is better than the "margin" algorithm. Both the effects of alternative path and its supply capacity limitation are considered in the proposed algorithm. The algorithm is adaptive to both over-head and cable system and can meet the precision requirement of Engineering. The theory and formulas are presented and the validity of the algorithm is verified in practical application examples.
