18开关双级矩阵变换器的空间矢量调制策略及其仿真研究

摘    要:该文推导了从常规矩阵变换器(CMC)到双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)的演变过程,证明了二者开关函数等效、变换功能相同。由于拓扑结构不同,二者的空间矢量调制方法存在差别,该文分析了TSMC的几种典型拓扑电路,以18开关拓扑结构的TSMC为例,分析推导了其整流级和逆变级的空间矢量调制策略,给出了实现零电流换流的开关矢量顺序,并利用MATLAB对18开关TSMC调制策略进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明了TSMC具有和CMC同样优良的输入输出性能,验证了该文理论分析和调制策略的正确性。为双级矩阵变换器的进一步研究和软硬件设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the topology evolution from conventional matrix converter(CMC) to two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) and verified that they have the same switching functions and transform function. However, the space vector modulation for TSMC is different from that CMC adopted for their different topologies. This paper analyzed some typical circuits of TSMC, analyzed and deduced the space vector modulation strategy of each stage of TSMC with 18 switches, and given the switching vector sequence for zero current commutation. The modulation stratgy is simulated by MATLAB , The simulation results demonstrated that TSMC has the same excellent input/output performance as CMC, and verified the validity of theoretical analysis and modulation strategy presented in this paper , which provide a theoretical basis for the next research and software / hardware design of TSMC .
