摘    要:提出了一种基于复小波分析的电力系统单相自动重合闸的优化算法。该算法能正确区分稳态下的瞬时故障与永久故障;对记过程尚未结束就已经消失的瞬时故障,利用自适应整定方法亦能迅速正确识别,故不必诉自动重合闸方案,提高了线路重合闸的成功率。用EMTP仿真各种振荡和故障得到的结果对所提算法的有效性进行了检验。结果表明:所提出的算法可以保证瞬时故障与永久故障的正确识别,其在微机保护装置中具有实时应用的前景。

Abstract:A new scheme to distinguish permanent fault and instant one occurred on the EHV transmission line is proposed. This scheme is based on the complex wavelet algorithm. Test results show that the instant faults disappearing during the period of the transient as well as the steady state can be correctly identified from the permanent faults with the proposed algorithm. Furthermore, this algorithm can be realized in the real-time applications.
