锅炉氮氧化物排放特性试验研究

摘    要:研究煤种及运行工况对锅炉氮氧化物排放特性的影响。在3台大型锅炉、2台实验炉上进行变煤种、变工况试验,研究发现煤中含氮量与NOx排放量具有一定相关性,运行工况变化对NOx排放量也有一定影响,在实验室卧室炉上进行分级燃烧实验,研究NOx排放特性。

Abstract:This paper deals with an experimental study of the influence of coal quality and combustion condition on NOx emission.Three Chinese coals have been fired in three full scale boilers and in two pilot scale test furnaces.In furnace NOx emission has been measured synchronously with different coal quality and combustion condition.Identical trends in NOx emission as a function of coal analysis content and excessive oxygen content have been obtained.NOx emission was found to correlate well with the fuel nitrogen content of the coals.The influence of air staging on NOx emission has been tested in a small lab scale furnace.The results clearly indicate that under air staging conditions the pilot scale test rig may produce lower NOx emission.
