新型带有箝位电容的交错反激变换器的研究

摘    要:交错反激变换器可将反激变换器的输出功率提高1倍。但反激变换器开关管关断电压尖峰大和变换器变换效率低的缺点没有得到改善。交错有源箝位反激变换器,克服了反激变换器的缺点,但开关管多,控制较为复杂。该文提出了一种新颖的带有箝位电容的交错反激变换器并详细分析了其工作原理。该变换器交错的结构和箝位电容的引入使该变换器克服了交错反激变换器和有源箝位反激变换器的主要缺点。具有结构简单,可靠性高,开关管关断电压尖峰小,功率等级较大,效率较高等特点。研制了一台600W的原理样机,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确。

Abstract:The output power of interleaved flyback converter is two times high than that of flyback converter. But this topology could not remove the disadvantages of flyback converter such as the higher voltage spike and the lower transform efficiency. Interleaved active clamp flyback converters overcome the shortcomings of the flyback converters. But it had more switches and the control of it was more complex. In this paper a novel interleaved flyback converter with clamp capacitor was present. Its working principle was analyzed in particular. This converter overcomes the main shortcomings of interleaved flyback converters and active clamp flyback converters because of its interleaved configuration and the clamped capacitor. It has the characteristics of simple configuration, high credibility, small voltage spike, high output power and high efficiency. A 600W prototype was designed. The results of the experiment verified the correctness of the theoretic analysis.
