摘    要:针对发电设备系统复杂、难以进行精确状态评价的问题,在系统划分和状态特征参数提取的基础上,提出了基于模糊评判和RCM分析的发电设备状态综合评价方法。首先充分利用设备运行参数、状态监测参数和运行统计参数,进行系统和设备的初步状态评价;而后进行基于RCM分析数据的知识推理,确定系统故障模式和故障位置。实例计算表明,该方法行之有效,评价结果可为下一步的维修决策提供科学依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the equipment in power plant are complex and difficult to evaluate their conditions accurately,a synthetic evaluation method on conditions of equipment in power plant based on fuzzy judgment and RCM analysis is proposed on the basis of system division and characteristic condition parameter extraction. By fully using the operating parameters, condition monitoring parameters and statistic operation parameters, the conditions of system and equipment are preliminarily evaluated.Then the knowledge deduction is done based on RCM analysis data, and the failure modes and positions are identified. It is shown by the instance that this method is feasible and effective, and the evaluated results can be used as a support next in making scientific maintenance decisions.
