计及主变过载和联络容量约束的配电系统供电能力计算方法

摘    要:针对基于主变互联和N-1准则的配电系统供电能力计算方法未能计及联络容量与主变短时过载的问题,提出解决方案并构建完善的配电系统供电能力计算方法。一方面通过建立联络约束矩阵来适应变电站间联络线容量较大的差异性;另一方面,定义虚拟联络矩阵来描述因主变短时过载而产生的负荷二次转带过程,在此基础上,建立负荷综合转移矩阵。最后将上述2项改进引入到基于主变互联和N-1准则的配电系统供电能力计算方法之中,形成考虑实际配电系统运行状况的配电系统供电能力计算方法。通过某实际配电网的供电能力分析,验证所提出方法的有效性。
