配电线路故障定位的实用方法

摘    要:通过分析多种现有的配电网故障定位方法,针对单相接地故障确定出将配电网故障定位理论转为实际应用的合适方法,并提出线路拓扑特征波的概念。该方法分2步进行,首先利用C型行波法对故障线路进行高采样率的离线录波,并采用自适应滤波法与数值差分法进行有效的数据处理,从而计算故障距离;再通过对录波的峰值扫描以及伪特征的排除提取线路拓扑特征波,从而确定故障分支。故障测距与故障分支结果相结合达到精确定位。经现场试验验证,证明了该方法的正确性及在配电网故障定位中有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Via analyzing modern methods for fault location in distribution lines, a proper method aiming at single-phase to ground is put forward to transfer theory to practice, as well as the concept of line structure feature-wave. Two steps are in this method. Firstly, high rate waveform picking from the fault line is recorded utilizing C-type traveling-wave scheme, and by adaptive filter and differencing the data is processed and fault distance is calculated. Secondly, scanning the peak value of recorded waveform and excluding pseudo-features, so the line structure feature waveform is extracted, thus the fault branch is fixed. The combined two results of fault distance and fault branch make fault location accurately. After experiments on spot, this method is proved correctly, as well as its good practicality prospect.
