汽轮发电机组转子动静碰摩故障检测的小波分析方法研究

摘    要:利用小波分析技术对汽轮发电机组动静碰摩的振动信号进行分析,给出碰摩故障信号在不同尺度下的分析结果。通过多尺度分析,使碰摩故障特征在相应的尺度图上得以体现出来。文中比较了具有相似频谱特性的两类故障信号的小波分析结果,得出了理论分析结果,为汽轮发电机组碰摩故障识别提供了新的思路。最后运用小波碰故障的准确定位进行了讨论。

Abstract:As a multi resolution signal decomposition and analysis technique,the wavelet transform have been already introduced to vibration signal processing,and provides a powerful tool for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.The wavelet analysis is used to analyze the vibration signal generated by the impact and rub fault in the turbo generator,and the analysis resultt in difference scale of the fault is shown in this paper.From the multi analysis,the characteristics of impact and rub are shown in the corresponding scale map.The compare of the waveled analysis result between two fault (impact and rub fault,misalignment and unbalance)with a similar specturm characteristic is given in the paper.At last,discuss the application of wavelet to locate the fault.The application of wavelets takes a new way to identify the impact and rub fault in the turbo generator.
