摘    要:提出了一种在电力市场环境下考虑发电报价的可用输电能力计算方法。该方法以优化潮流为基础,建立了在系统每一运行点都能根据发电机组的报价经济分配其有功出力的最优化计算模型,其优化目标函数选择送电区域所有发电机组有功发出力累加值为最大,同时该区域的发电总报价为最小。文中给出了求解该优化问题的近似半光滑牛顿算法,求解过程中利用分裂算法,有效地缩短了计算时间。通过对IEEE30节点系统进行仿真计算,验证了该方法的合理性和可行性,为电力系统安全性与经济性运行的协调分析提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:This paper presents a new approach for calculating available transfer capability (ATC) with generation bidding in electricity market. An optimal calculating model by considering active power generation bidding of generators to dispatch them economically in every operating points of the system is established in this paper. The objective function is to maximize the total generation in generation area and simultaneously tries to minimize the total generation bidding as well. The optimization process is solved by semi-smooth Newton method and the split algorithm was used in calculation process which is efficient to shorten computing time. An IEEE 30 bus system is used for testing and analysis the proposed approach. The solution obtained testifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the presented model and approach and demonstrates that the proposed approach is efficient to harmonize the relation between system security and benefit.
