| 摘 要： | 应用专家系统理论和模糊理论建立了可关断晶闸管（ＧＴＯ）无破坏测试模糊专家系统（ＧＴＯ ＮＤＴＦＥＳ）。ＧＴＯ ＮＤＴＦＥＳ主要具有两种功能：测试ＧＴＯ的最大可关断阳极电流ＩＡＴＯ和判断ＧＴＯ的性能优劣。为了表达“ＧＴＯ临近其关断极限”这一模糊概念，文章首次提出了“安全隶属度”的概念，并提出了用特征量的当量值变化的拟合曲线以确定安全隶属度垢模糊推理方法。提出了用极小－极大法则进行了模糊推理以评价ＧＴ

| Abstract: | A fuzzy expert system for GTO nondestructive test(GTO NDTFES) is constructed with the theory of expert system and fuzzy for two functions: the test of the maximum controllable anode current and of the characteristics of GTO. The paper defines a new concept Membership Degree of Safety (MDOS) and presents the fuzzy reasoning method to conclude MDOS with the curve fitting of the Characteristic Parameter's equivalents; and the Min Max method of fuzzy inference is used to evaluate the characteristics of GTO. |
