无刷双馈电机的工作原理及电磁设计

摘    要:无刷双馈电机是一种新型感应电机,它在风机和水泵的调速节能驱动方面有着广泛的应用前景。该文详细分析了电机的基本工作原理,推导出了电机的转速、电磁功率和转子感应频率等计算公式。在对谐波进行分析的基础上,提出了采用交叉短距式定子绕组和调整转子导条分布的方法来抑制高次谐波。最后结合电机设计实例,详细阐述了其电磁设计理论和设计方法。

Abstract:The brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) is a new type of induction machine, with good application prospects. It is very suitable for driving windmills or water pumps to perform speed-adjusting and energy-saving operation. In this paper, the operational principle of BDFM is analyzed in detail and the equations of the rotor speed, power and rotor frequency are derived. After the harmonic analysis, the approach to decrease higher harmonic is presented by using cross-short-pitch stator windings and adjusting the distributions of rotor bars. Finally, the theory and method of electromagnetic design for BDFM are discussed in detail with examples.
