配电网接地故障负序电流分布及接地保护原理研究

摘    要:配电网发生最多的故障是接地故障,如何准确地检测并隔离接地故障线路,成为小电流接地系统实现配电自动化的一个重要研究课题。传统的故障线选采用比较零序电流方法,不便在馈线保护中实现及现场终端单元(FTU)上安装。该文对接地故障负电流分布进行分析,提出负序电流接地保护原理并通过EMTP仿真分析验证,完成样机的制作并通过动模实验检验。

Abstract:How to detect and isolate earth faulty section is an important subject to realize distribution automation in ineffectively grounded systems. Traditional methods for faulty feeder protection based on comparing zero sequence currents are difficult to satisfy the requirement of distribution automation. Negative sequence current.distributing is discussed and new principle for faulty feeder protection based on negative sequence current is presented in this paper. The principle is verified by EMTP simulator and the prototype is developed, which has been tested in dynamic power system model.
