地区电网电能质量综合评估新方法

摘    要:提出了地区电网电能质量综合评估的概念。对地区电网电能质量进行分层考察。首先利用遗传投影寻踪方法对地区电网各变电站各电压等级母线进行电能质量综合评估,智能化的提取电能质量指标的特性,克服了传统电能质量综合评估方法受人为主观因素影响较大的弊端;然后利用特征值赋权法对已经得到的各电压等级母线评估结果进行不同层面的加权,从而得到地区各变电站、各电压等级以及整个地区的电能质量综合评估结果。该评估结果可对电能质量从局部到整体进行全面考察。

Abstract:The concept of power quality comprehensive evaluation (PQCE) for regional grid has been proposed. The regional grid power quality has been analyzed in hierarchy. First, the PQCE of each substation bus has been done by genetic projection pursuit method (GPPM). This process could pick-up the characteristic of power quality index and overcome the influence of subjective factors in traditional evaluation methods. Then the weights of the GPPM comprehensive evaluation outcomes were proposed by the eigenvalue weighted method. The PQCE results of the regional grid and its each voltage level and each substation can be acquired by the weight. The power quality of regional grid can be reviewed from the local to overall by means of this evaluation results.
