摘    要:由永磁段和磁阻段构成的复合转子是永磁同步电机实现弱磁的有效结构,也可用于永磁无刷直流电机(BLDCM)中。为求解复合转子结构BLDCM的复杂磁场,分析转子加入磁阻段对弱磁性能的影响,需要引入一种有效的弱磁控制模型。该文通过建立场路结合的状态空间模型将磁场与通电模式相结合,准确模拟了最小分析区间中转子每个位置磁状态;以磁链空间位置函数的差分替代磁链对位置的偏微分,采用准静态场有限元分析解决BLDCM运行中磁场随空间位置变化的复杂性以及高速时无功电流增加带来磁路饱和的非线性,为准确预测复合转子BLDCM的弱磁性能提供了有效的处理手法。样机试验与仿真结果的吻合表明了这种方法的准确性。

Abstract:Hybrid rotor, Consisting of permanent magnet portion and reluctance portion, is a effective structure for permanent synchronous motor to realize flux weakening control, which has been proved to be possibly used in a brushless dc motor (BLDCM). In order to solve the complicated magnetic fields of the BLDCM with hybrid rotor and to analyze the influence of adding reluctance portion into the rotor on the flux weakening, a flux weakening control model is essential. In this paper, a state-space model based on the combination approach of electric-circuit and electromagnetic field was set up, which links the magnetic fields with conducting modes and precisely simulates each magnetic state of the rotor in a minimum analyzing region. And to find a way out of the complexity, caused by magnetic field changing with respect to rotor space position of the BLDCM during operation, and non-linearity, caused by magnetic saturation due to the increase of reactive current during high speed operation, a kind of quasi-static Finite Element Method analysis, in which the differential of flux linkage with respect to the space position was substituted by its difference, was applied. The coincidence of calculated results with experimental datum manifests that this approach offers an effective way for precise predicting the flux weakening performance of the hybrid rotor BLDCM.
