摘    要:提出两大区互联系统交流联络线功率振荡的线性化模型。基于2阶线性系统时域分析理论和电力系统冲击功率的功率分配理论,阐明联络线功率波动的机制,证明由功率扰动引起两大区电网交流联络线功率波动峰值的大小取决于两大区电网的惯性常数比和区域振荡模式的阻尼比。提出功率缺额后联络线功率波动峰值以及功率转移比的计算方法。通过华北—华中互联系统特高压联络线的实测数据验证提出的模型、机制和算法的正确性和有效性。研究结论有助于掌握两大区互联电力系统联络线功率波动的动态特性,为互联电力系统运行方式的安排和控制措施的确定提供依据。

Abstract:A linear model of power fluctuation on AC tieline for two-area interconnected power systems was presented.
