分隔屏布置对四角布置切圆燃烧锅炉水平烟道空气动力场的影响

摘    要:为改善四角布置切圆燃烧锅炉水平烟道烟气偏差,以某600MW级锅炉为研究对象,就分隔屏布置对其炉膛上部及水平烟道空气动力场的影响进行了冷态模化试验及计算流体力学数值模拟研究。通过分析气流流动特性和水平烟道速度偏差的形成机制,得到分隔屏布置对炉膛上部气流分布及水平烟道速度偏差的影响规律。结果表明:布置分隔屏使得水平烟道内气流相对于无分隔屏时更加贴近壁面,局部区域速度偏差有较大的增加;分隔屏可在一定程度上减小炉膛出口两侧速度偏差,但效果不明显。
