壁面滑移条件下水煤浆的流动阻力和减阻特性

摘    要:在中试规模的浆体输送装置上进行水煤浆直管流动阻力试验,在壁面滑移特性和流变特性分析的基础上,将水煤浆管内流动划分为3种形态,并重点研究了浓度、温度、煤粉粒径、管径和流动形态对流动阻力特性和减阻特性的影响。结果表明:当各因素变化时,流动阻力的变化通过改变流变特性和壁面流动条件实现;各因素对摩擦阻力系数和减阻率的影响规律取决于浆体所处的流动形态;在同一流动形态范围内,不同的浓度、温度、煤粉粒径或管径下,滑移减阻率随流速的变化规律具有相似性。
