摘    要:准确计算汽轮发电机失磁异步运行时转子端部漏抗和结构件中的涡流损耗是分析发电机异步运行性能的基础,文中采用A,φ-A三维有限元法建立了大型汽轮发电机异步运行工况下转子端部三维涡流场的数学模型,提出了用二维和三维磁场耦合的方法确定边界条件的新方法。利用磁场计算结果进一步研究了转子端部等效漏抗和涡流损耗的计算方法,最后以一台300MW汽轮发电机为例进行了实际计算,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:It is the basis for analyzing operation performance of generator during loss of field to calculate accurately leakage reactance and eddy current losses in rotor end region of large turbogenerator at asynchronous operation. The mathematic model of 3D magnetic field in the rotor end region of large turbogenerator at asynchronous operation is presented. With combined 2D and 3D magnetic field method, a new method is proposed for determining the boundary condition. Besides, based on the results obtained by numerical field calculation, the formula to calculate leakage reactance and eddy current in the rotor end region are derived. As an example, the rotor end field and electromagnetic parameter of a 300MW turbogenerator at asynchronous operation with different rotor slip are calculated, and the reliability of the method presented is verified.
