煤粉炉PM10/PM2.5排放规律的试验研究

摘    要:采用冲击式尘粒分级仪对煤粉锅炉电除尘器前后细灰组成进行测量,研究表明除尘器后PMl0和PM2.5占总灰的比例为92.47%和35.56%,比除尘器前均有大幅度提高。除尘器对细灰捕集效率不高,PM2.5除尘效率为9.6%。煤粉国度、制粉系统投远方式、锅炉负荷是影响粉尘颗粒特性的主要因素。煤粉越细,乏气全部投入将使排放的粉尘组成越细,锅炉负荷越低,除尘效率会有所提高,但粉尘组成也将变细。

Abstract:By using seven-stage impact classifiers, the fine dust(fly ash) from a coal-fired boiler is sampled. One classifier is located in the entrance of dust catcher and another in its exit. The results show that the mass ratios of PM10 and PM2.5 are approximately 92.47% and 35.56% respectively, comparatively higher than that before the dust catcher. Efficiency of the dust catcher for fine dust is lower than that for normal amounts to 90.6% only. It is summarized that the fineness of pulverized coal, the operation mode of pulverizing system and boiler load are the main affecting factors on the size distribution of dust(fly ash). It is known from the study that the finer pulverized coal is, the finer emitted fly ash will be. In addition, the fly ash becomes finer under exhaust air operation, and the reduction of boiler load can improve the dust collection efficiency.
