摘    要:齿槽转矩的削弱是永磁电机的难点和研究重点之一。为削弱实心转子同步电动机的齿槽转矩,文中提出了一种基于能量法和傅立叶分解的的解析分析方法,给出了能明确表达齿槽转矩与设计参数关系的齿槽转矩解析表达式,据此研究了极弧系数对齿槽转矩的影响。在此基础上,提出了极弧系数的最佳确定方法。根据该文给出的方法,可以方便地得到不同极数和槽数配合时的最佳极弧系数,进而削弱齿槽转矩。最后利用有限元法对其进行了验证,证明文中提出的方法是正确有效的。

Abstract:Cogging torque is one of the main concerns of permanent magnet motor. In this paper, to reduce cogging torque in solid-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motors, an analytical method, which was based on energy method and Fourier expansion, was proposed to obtain the expression of cogging torque, which can express its relation with design parameters. Being based on the expression, the effect of pole arc-coefficient on cogging torque is studied. The method for reducing cogging torque by suitable selection of pole arc coefficient was proposed. The most suitable pole-arc coefficient can be determined according to the combination of pole number and stator slot number. The validity of the proposed method was verified by finite element analysis.
