发电机励磁及调速综合控制可行性分析

摘    要:针对发电机励磁、调速综合控制的可行性,分析了二者的系统带宽,通过分析得知导致二者带宽相差悬殊的原因与控制规律关系不大,其原因在于:调速系统机械结构及其安全可靠运行的要求不允许系统过于快速、频繁地动作。带宽相差悬殊使得励磁、调速系统的综合控制不能真正实现,因此难以有效地提高发电机组的稳定性。二次型线性最优及非线性最优控制存在模型阶次不能太高、性能指标定义不能真正体现最优控制,使得难以充分发挥允许控制的作用以及精确线性化不可行等问题,导致不适合用于励磁、调速综合控制。但对水轮发电机组而言,操作层面的励磁、调速综合控制有较多的优点,可提高系统可靠性、有利于优化机组工况等。

Abstract:For the feasibility of integrated generator excitation and governing control, their bandwidths are analyzed in the paper, which shows that the reason of the large difference between the bandwidths of excitation and governing control system is because that the mechanical structure of governor and the requirement to safety and reliability do not allow high speed and frequent operation, however, it has little relation with control law. On this reason, the integrated control of generator excitation and governing control system can not be fully realized in practice. Therefore, it is difficult to improve the stability of the generator effectively. The disadvantage of quadratic linear/nonlinear optimal control methods is the low order of its model, in addition, the definition of performance indexes also can not. exactly express the idea of optimal control and exact linearization can not be easily realized, so it is not suitable for integrated generator excitation and governing control. For hydraulic turbine-generator units, the centralization control for generator excitation and governing control system is feasible, such as improving system reliability, being capable of optimizing unit operation states, and so on.
