谐振直流环对三相PWM整流器空间矢量PWM波形的影响

摘    要:分析了谐振直流环三相PWM整流器工作原理,基于工作波形和占空比的分析,从电压和电流两方面分析了谐振直流环对SVPWM波形的影响,得出了加入谐振直流环使主矢量、付矢量占空比减小和零矢量占空比增加以及前端线电压基波分量幅值减小的结论。对有谐振直流环和无谐振直流环变流器的前端线电压进行了谐波对比研究,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The operation principle of three-phase PWM rectifier with resonant DC-Link is presented. Based on the analysis of the operation waveforms and duty-cycle, the influence of resonant DC-Link on SVPWM waveforms is discussed from two aspects of voltage and current . A conclusion is obtained, in which the duty-cycle of a main vector and vice vector are decreased and the duty-cycle of zero vector is increased, and the amplitude value of the fundamental wave of the front end line voltage of the rectifier is reduced after entering resonant DC-Link. A contrastive research of the harmonics of the front end line voltage of the rectifier is made with and without resonant DC-Link. The theoretical analysis is verified by a simulations.
