交流电压下预埋电极对绝缘子附近导电微粒运动的影响

摘    要:为防止自由导电微粒浮起或附着于绝缘子表面而引起绝缘闪络故障,该文建立楔形平板电极系统来模拟SF6气体绝缘系统中可能出现的不均匀电场,实验研究交流电压下预埋电极对微粒的驱散作用,包括对微粒运动轨迹与起始运动电压的观测。通过有限元法进行电场计算,对自由导电微粒的受力情况进行分析,理论验证了实验结果。结果表明,对于表面与接地电极表面夹角呈锐角或直角的绝缘子,无论其表面带棱与否,预埋电极可防止自由导电微粒附着于其表面,同时能够提高绝缘子附近微粒浮起所需的电压,对微粒浮起有抑制作用。

Abstract:To prevent free conducting particle from levitating or clinging onto the spacer surface, the diverging plate electrode system was established to investigate the deactivation effect of the inserted metal electrode on the particle in gas insulated system (GIS). Finite element method was employed in the electrical field calculation. Based on the Maxwell tensor theory, the electrostatic force on particle was estimated to explain the experimental results. It is found that metal inserted spacer with an acute or perpendicular angle between spacer surface and grounded electrode can deactivate free conducting particle. The inserted metal electrode can repulse the particle from spacer and suppress the particle levitation by decreasing the field intensity. The results also show that the rib of spacer benefits the deactivating effects.
