煤耗与辅助汽水流量的通用微分关系式

摘    要:根据火电机组热力系统汽水分布通用矩阵方程,比内功方程,循环吸热量方程及发电标准煤率的计算公式,首次导出了凝汽式火电机组发电标准煤耗与辅助汽水流量的通用微分关系式,利用这一关系式,可以方便地计算辅助汽水流量的变化对发电标准煤耗率的影响,克服了用传统方法计算这一问题时的繁杂,易错的弊病。特别是,在这一关系式的基础上,可获得辅助汽水流量对发电标准煤耗率影响的强度矩阵,通过强度矩阵可以方便的分析各股辅助汽水流量的变化对煤耗率的影响,这为火电机组节能降耗的分析工作提供了一种新的工具,具有重要的实际意义。

Abstract:According to the steam-water distribution general matrix equation of thermal sy stem for the coal-fired power Unit, specific internal work equation, cycle heat absorption equation and the calculation formula of dynamoelectric standard coal consumption rate, the common differential relationship equation is deducte d for the first time. With the relationship formula, we can calculate the influe nce of the auxiliary steam-water to coal consumption conveniently, thus overcom e the problem of complexity and fallibility caused by traditional method. Especi ally based on this relationship formula, the intensity matrix for the influence of the auxiliary steam-water to coal consumption is established. In term of the intensity matrix, we can analyze the influence of the auxiliary steam-water to coal consumption easily. This provides a new method to the analysis and calcula tion of the energy conservation and coal consumption decrease for the coal-fire d power unit and is of practical signification.
