太阳能辅助燃煤热发电系统性能研究

摘    要:以C50–8.83/0.294型供热机组为例,利用LS–3型直接蒸汽发电抛物面槽式集热器收集太阳能热量,提出几种不同的太阳能与燃煤机组集成发电方案。在对不同的集成系统进行热力性能建模并对其中的太阳能集热器场设计研究的基础上,利用热经济学结构理论进行不同系统的热经济学分析。结果表明,给出的所有集成方案中,取代1段抽汽方案可用的太阳能热量最大;在太阳能集热器场面积相同的情况下,取代1段抽汽方案的经济性能也最好,但仍低于单纯燃煤机组。如不考虑原小容量燃煤机组发电部分的投资成本,取代1段抽汽方案的单位热经济学成本为43.73×10-6元/kJ,小于单纯燃煤机组的69.50×10-6元/kJ,为太阳能辅助燃煤热发电(solar aided coal-fired electricity generation,SACEG) 系统的应用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Some solar aided coal-fired electricity generation (SACEG) system options were firstly proposed by integrating a C50-8.83/0.294 cogeneration unit with a solar utilization system in which LS-3 direct steam generation (DSG) trough collectors were adopted. Their thermal performance models were then built up and the design of the solar fields thereof was investigated as well. After that, thermo-economics analysis was conducted by applying thermo-economics structure theory on these systems. The results show that among all options discussed, the option in which the whole first stage extraction steam is replaced by solar heat introduces the most solar heat available. In addition its economy is super to others at the same solar field areas though still unmatchable to the coal-fired only system. However, if the investment cost of its coal-fired subsystem is not accounted for any more for the desire to disuse the small capacity units in China, the unit thermo-economic cost of it is thus only 43.73×10-6 ¥/kJ, much less than that of the coal-fired only system, 69.50×10-6 ¥/kJ. The results can be a scientific basis for the implementation of the SACEG system in China.
