摘    要:配电变压器的分接头调整、分段开关和联络开关的开合、并联电容器和滤波器的投切等,都会对系统的谐波阻抗产生影响,进而影响谐波在电网中的传播和分布,严重时会引起谐波的谐振和放大。针对这一问题,该文提出了谐波畸变情况下配电网络优化运行的概念和模型。该模型统一考虑了网络重构、配电变压器分接头调整及并联电容器和无源滤波器的投切等各种手段的协调配合,使得配电网在满足电压和谐波标推约束、电容器和滤波器满足自身安全约束的情况下系统网损和谐波畸变最小。文中给出了应用遗传算法进行求解的具体方法。一个18节点配电系统的算例结果表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Distribution network harmonic distortion levels are determined not only by locations and amounts of harmonic sources, but also by network configurations and system harmonic impedances. Factors that can affect the network configurations and system harmonic impedances involve taps of distribution transformers, on/off status of sectionalising and tie switches, shunt connected capacitor banks and LC-filters. Under serious conditions, harmonic resonance may be incurred. To handle this problem, the concept and mathematical model of distribution network optimal operation are proposed in this paper, and a genetic algorithm based solving program is developed. The objective is to minimize the total power loss and harmonic distortion levels by properly adjusting transformer taps, changing the status of switches, capacitor banks and LC-filters, while satisfying bus voltage amplitude constraints, harmonic distortion constraints and security constraints of capacitor banks and LC-filters. Casestudy results on an 18-bus distribution network reveal the superiority and effectiveness of this method.
