摘    要:研究了不对称现明对五相混合式步进电动机谐波电磁转矩的影响,提出了不对称现象是导致电机产生较大二次谐振的主要原因,且振荡时所产生的附加谐波电磁转矩会对电机的某些中高频振荡点(如基波谐振点)产生进一步影响,实验结果与理论分析相符。

Abstract:The characteristics of the harmonic electro magnetic torques are investigated for unbalanced induced voltages by rotating field of a 5 phase hybrid stepping motor. Based on the analysis of those, it is proposed that the oscillation amplitude caused by the second harmonic electromagnetic torque is the largest in the resonant responses, and some mid frequency oscillation amplitudes, such as the first resonant response, are influenced by the added harmonic electromagnetic torques due to oscillation operation. Experimental results are presented for comparison with the analytical ones.
