摘    要:文中根据流体力学理论,采用有限体积法计算出定子通风沟内多元流场流速的分布,进而确定出表面散热系数,并把所得出的各表面的散热系数代入温度场进行计算.通过对考虑流场具体分布时的温度场计算结果与传统的计算结果、解析法计算的结果和实测值的比较,说明了本方法计算结果的准确性.将不同入口风速和不同入射角的径向通风沟内流场和散热系数的分布分别进行了比较和分析,得出了一些有益的结论.

Abstract:According to the theory of the mechanics of fluid, this paper applies the Finite Volume Method to compute the multidimensional fluid field velocity distribution inside stator radial ventilation ducts, and defines the surface heat transfer coefficients. Moreover, the surface heat transfer coefficients computed on the basis of fluid fields inside radial ventilation ducts are applied to the stator 3D temperature field. Through comparing it with the result calculated by tradition method, the analytical result and measured value, the result accuracy of this method is testified. The fluid field velocity distribution and surface heat transfer coefficients are compared and analyzed respectively on the different inlet velocities and different angles of incidence, from which some useful conclusions are achieved.
