摘    要:提出了一种配电网单相接地小电流故障选线保护新方法。该方法应用小波奇异性检测功能,获取故障引起的电压、电流突变量的极性和大小,达到选线目的。用该方法进行选线不受故障瞬间电压相角以及消弧线圈的影响,通用性强,而且对干扰的容忍能力也有提高,EMTP仿真和现场试验对该方法进行的验证表明,该方法能满足实用要求。

Abstract:A novel method for single-phase-to-ground fault relaying is presented in this paper. In this method, singularity detection with wavelet is employed to obtain the polarities and magnitudes of the abrupt change of voltage and current caused by the fault, and through comparing the polarities and magnitudes the fault circuit can be determined. This method is not only immune from the moment when a fault occurs and the condition whether a Peterson coil exists or not, but also more bearable to interference. EMTP simulations and field tests verified the effectiveness and practice of the proposed method.
