利用滑动弧放电脱除烟气中多环芳烃和碳黑颗粒

摘    要:由于PAH和碳黑颗粒对环境和人体健康的危害已经引起各国的重视,成为国内外学者的研究重点。从PAH和碳黑颗粒的控制方法来看,低温等离子体法可以同时脱除这两种污染物。该文用管式沉降炉焚烧聚乙烯 (PE) 和聚氯乙烯 (PVC) 生成含有多环芳烃和碳黑颗粒的烟气,研究了利用滑动弧放电同时脱除烟气中多环芳烃 (PAH) 和炭黑颗粒的方法。研究发现:降低烟气温度有利于PAH和碳黑颗粒的脱除;PAH最高脱除率达到74.4722%,碳黑颗粒最高脱除率为89.391%。实验结果表明,此项技术可有效同时脱出PAH和碳黑颗粒。

Abstract:Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)and soot are known to be hazardous compounds with environment and life threatening effects as some of them are proven to be obnoxious carcinogenic compounds.Low plasma was investigated as a method of removing PAH and soot.PAH and soot particles in flue gas from Polyethylene(PE)or Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)combustion was carried out at a laboratory-scale drop tube furnace,and removal of PAH and soot particles in flue gas by gliding arc discharge is studied.It is found that decreasing flue gas temperature is helpful to remove PAH and soot particles.Max removal efficiency of PAH is 74.4722%,and max removal efficiency of soot particles is 89.391%.Experimental results show that the technique will successfully remove PAH and soot particles in flue gas.
