大型空冷汽轮发电机转子温度场数值模拟

摘    要:随着空冷汽轮发电机容量增加,其组件的可靠性依赖于冷却系统散热能力。因而,了解关于发电机中各空气区域内的速度及温度分布是非常重要的。为了能够数值模拟出较详细和较准确的大型汽轮发电机转子温升分布,该文以150MW空冷汽轮发电机转子作为研究对象,建立了模拟转子本体及通风道内空气的传热及紊流流动二维数学模型及边界条件,并利用CFD原理,采用有限体积法进行求解,得出了转子周期截面较准确的不对称温度分布。并将计算结果与实验测量结果相比较,证明计算结果较准确。分析了副槽入口风速等参数对转子温度分布的影响。结论对汽轮发电机转子通风道优化设计及转子安全运行具有指导意义。

Abstract:With the turbo generator's capacity increasing, the reliability of their components depends on the heat transfer ability of the cooling system. Therefore, the knowledge of distribution of air velocity and temperature inside all the air regions in electric machine is essential. To obtain more detailed and accurate temperature distribution of the rotor of large turbo generators, a simulation method was present, combined with a given example of that of 150MW turbo generator with air coolant. It consists of two dimensional numerical modelling and boundary condition of air turbulent flow and heat transfer in and between cooling duct and rotor. The model equations were solved by the Finite Volume Method according CFD principle. And simulation results were compared with a few test data. The more accurate results of asymmetry temperature distribution on periodic surface of rotor are attained. The effect of inlet velocity of fluid on temperature distribution was analyzed. The results are helpful for optimization design of rotor cooling ducts and run security of electric machine.
