电机故障特征值的倍频小波分析

摘    要:该文对异步电动机在鼠笼转子发生不同断条故障情况下的定子电流分别进行了实验测量;并对测量电流进行倍频小波分析,利用小波系数,在各个频段上进行小波信号重构;通过计算各个频段的信号能量特征值,诊断电机故障。这样,既可以从低频频段来诊断异步电动机鼠笼转子断条故障,也可以从某些高频频段来识别故障是否发生,从该文的实验诊断表明,倍频小波分析方法取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The fault of rotor broken bars in three-phases induction motor is diagnosed by using the multiple bandwidth wavelet analysis in this paper. Daubechies wavelet is selected as the mother function, and the wavelet coefficient is obtained from multiple bandwidth wavelet analysis of the fault current signal of the induction motor. The wavelet reconstruction of each frequency branch is then processed, which is the time signal of the current in each frequency branch. In this paper the energy eigenvalue in each frequency branch is defined as the criterion to diagnose the rotor fault. The rotor fault of the induction motor is clearly identified not only from the distinguishing eigenvalue in the low frequency branch, but also from the eigenvalue in some high frequency branch, compared with the no fault condition. Therefore the multiple bandwidth wavelet analysis provides a more sensitive means to diagnose faults than does the Fourier transform.
