摘    要:软开关串联谐振电容器拓扑因其在较宽的电压范围内具有平均充电电流恒定和抗短路能力强的特点而用于对高压电容器充电。但开关频率固定的串联谐振充电电源的恒流特性因直流母线电压的波动和高压变压器以及整流单元的分布电容的影响,其充电电流并不是恒流。该文分析了理想和实际的串联谐振充电电源的充电电流特性。提出了采用图表法对串联谐振电源进行参数设计和调试,克服了以往高压脉冲电源设计和调试时的盲目性,具有重要的工程实用价值。

Abstract:Series resonant topology is used in capacitor charging power supply(CCPS) because of its constant average charging current characteristic from zero volts to maximum voltage. But the practical series resonant topology with open-loop control is not constant current charging characteristic because of the influence of the variable DC bus voltage and the distributed capacitors of the high voltage transformer and the rectifier unit. This paper analyses the current characteristic of the series resonant power supply with ideal and practical series resonant topology. This paper also puts forward the method that using graphology to design the resonant parameters and debugging the series resonant power supply. It can overcome the blindness of the design and debugging during the research on the high voltage pulsed power supply in the past. And it possesses significant engineering practicability.
