等值盐密现场测量方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了通过湿润绝缘子表面污秽测量表面电导进而求出等值盐密的现场测量方法,设计了大小两种测量探头,确定了测量系统电源特征参数和污秽湿润的方法。并将这种测量方法与传统方法进行了比较,实测结果验证了现场测量方法的可行性,从而为今后现场等值盐密测量奠定了基础。

Abstract:It is an important and difficult work to measure the ESDD(Equivalent Salt Deposit Density) on a suspension porcelain insulator surface on site. This paper described the on site ESDD measuring method in which the contamination of an insulator surface was wetted and the conductance measured. Two types of sensor were designed. Parameters of the measuring power system and the contamination wetting way were selected. This method was compared with the traditional brushing one which is the mainly method so far. The test results on the insulator surface have demonstrated that the method to measure the ESDD on site (without removing the insulator from the line) is feasible.
