混沌神经网络负荷建模的理论研究

负荷建模在电力系统稳定分析中起着十分重要的作用。在现代大电力系统条件下，系统稳定性对负荷建模提出了新的要求。该文介绍了电压稳定分析领域的静态负荷模型和动态负荷模型；在基于对电力系统中混沌现象的研究基础上，分析了传统建模方法的不足之处；阐述了将混沌理论引入神经网络算法后算法的特点并将其应用到负荷建模的研究中，建立了利用混沌神经网络理论进行负荷建模的研究中，建立了利用混沌神经网络理论进行负荷模型参数辨识的数学模型和算法，给出了利用该算法进行参数辨识的步骤。分析表明，混沌神经网络逄法可以大幅提高负荷建模的准确度。

ACADEMIC RESEARCH OF LOAD MODELING WITH CHAOTIC NEURAL NETWORK

Load modeling plays a very important role in the analysis of power system stability.Under the condition of modern power system,the system stability has brought forward new requirements on load modeling.The static load model and dynamic load model in the field of voltage stability analysis are introduced.Based on the research of chaotic phenomena in power system,this paper analyzes the shortage of traditional methods of load modeling.Then this paper states the characteristics of chaotic neural network theory and introduces it into the research of load modeling.The mathematical model and algorithm of using chaotic neural network to identify the parameters of load model is built.The steps of identifying model parameters using this method is provided.Analysis shows this algorithm will greatly enhance the accuracy degree of load modeling.
