摘    要:论文将一种新的非线性、非平稳信号的处理方法- HHT(Hilbert-Huang transform)方法,应用于电力系统低频振荡分析之中。该方法克服了傅里叶算法和Prony算法难以处理非平稳信号的缺点,并克服了小波算法中小波基难选取的问题。HHT方法可以从非平稳的低频振荡信号中准确地提取动态振荡特性以及丰富的系统故障暂态信息,从而进一步揭示各振荡模式之间的非线性作用。同时该方法具有分辨率高并能有效地处理样本数少的短数据的优点,因此该方法可以用于在线分析和控制器设计之中。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper introduces a novel method-HHT which is invented to deal with non-stationary signal to the analysis of low frequency oscillations. This method overcomes the incapability for the Fourier and Prony algorithm to deal with non-stationary signals, as well as the. difficulty in choosing Wavelet. HHT method can be accurate to abstract the dynamic oscillating performance and abundant transient fault information from the non-stationary signal to reveal the nonlinear interaction of multi-mode in complex oscillation. At the same time , this method has high identification and can deal with short data effectively, so it can be used on online assessment and controller design. The simulation results show that it is a powerful tool for oscillation research.
