混合型电能质量调节器及其控制策略

摘    要:提出了一种混合型电能质量调节器,它由一个通过变流器CT串联接入系统的PWM变换器1和一个并联滤波支路组成。其中,并联滤波支路由PWM变换器2通过变压器T和无源滤波器串联后并联接入系统。变换器1被控制为一个基波正弦电流源,变换器2被控制为一个可控电压源。该电能质量调节器能有效地实现电源和负荷之间的扰动隔离、线路终端和/或负荷节点的功率因数调整以及故障电流限制等多种功能,具有响应速度快、补偿效果好、性价比高等优点。数字仿真验证了该混合型电能质量调节器及其控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:A hybrid power quality conditioner (HPQC) is presented, which is composed of a PWM converter 1 and a shunt filter circuit. The converter 1 is connected to the system in series by a current transformer CT, and the shunt filter circuit consists of a PWM converter 2 and passive filters. Where, the converter 2 is connected to the passive filters in series through a transformer T. The converter 1 is controlled as a fundamental sinusoidal current source, and the converter 2 is controlled as a voltage source. The proposed HPQC is able to isolate the distortion between the load and the source, correct the feeder-terminal and/or load power factor displacement, and limit the system fault current. Theoretical analysis and simulations demonstrate advantages of the HPQC, including fast-response, good compensation characteristic, and high cost-performance ratio.
