摘    要:提出了一个实用的晶闸管PSPICE模型。利用Hammerstein方法构造模型,并且综合 器件的内部物理过程和其外部特性。该模型能够较为准确地描述晶闸管的正,反向恢复过程,可用于以晶闸管为开关器件的电力电子系统的暂态过程仿真,模型参数可以方便地从产品手册和实验数据中得到。

Abstract:A practical PSPICE model of thyristor for power electronic circuit simulation is proposed in the paper. Hammerstein method has been used to construct the model. And the internal physical process and the external characteristics of the device have been considered mutually. The forward and reverse recovery process of thyristor can be described by the model. The model parameters can be extracted from test results and product specifications.
