数字继电保护装置可靠性研究

摘    要:提出一种定量分析数字继电保护装置可靠性的方法:首先提出并定义定量评估保护装置可靠性的指标——保护可用度和保护可靠性经济系数;然后建立装置的硬件和软件失效率模型,得到数字保护装置状态空间图:最后用解析法求解保护可用度和保护可靠性经济系数。文中并以一实际数字保护装置为例进行可靠性评估,用变参数法进行灵敏度分析,以探求保护设计中最优的增强性措施。结果表明:该方法可有效用于数字继电保护装置的可靠性评估与分析。

Abstract:Technique to quantitatively analyze the reliability of digital protection was proposed. The paper defines the protection availability and protection economical index. They can quantitatively evaluate the relay's reliability. The failure model of hardware/software and seven states space of digital protection equipment are set up. The analysis method is used to calculate the proposed two parameters. An application in a practical protective production was given to demo the proposed techniques. Meanwhile, by the variable parameters method, the product's reliability sensitivity was analyzed to find the critical factors in reliability. The result shows that the technique is applicable to quantitatively evaluate the reliability of digital protection.
